Welcome to the 2020 North American Marianist Lay Continental Assembly! We have planned an exciting event in conjunction with the 50th Anniversary of the Marianist LIFE teen program. Join us to pray, learn, connect and courageously open ourselves to each other and our world. We will weave our plans for the future while strengthening relationships to make our dreams a reality. All are welcome!

Here is all the information you need to know as you select your preferences on our registration form. Please refer back to the descriptions below at any point during the registration process to help guide your selections based on what you need! Payment in full is due upon completion of this registration. Information on scholarships is at the bottom of this page.

2020 Assembly Schedule and Tickets

Registration Ticket Options:

Individual Registrant (Age 18 - 29): $100 (Banquet included)

Individual Registrant (Age 30 & Older): $150 (Banquet included)

Child Registrant* (Age 17 & Younger): FREE (Banquet included) *Please note that childcare will NOT be provided at this year's Assembly.

Banquet ONLY: $30 - This option is for persons not attending the Assembly but who want to attend the open banquet on Saturday evening. This banquet cost is already included if you are attending the entire Assembly and purchase one of the above individual tickets.

Other Event Options:

Parking: FREE to park at St. Mary's University as long as you have a parking permit. Indicate how many parking spaces you need for everyone you are registering and we will provide reserved parking permits for you during Assembly check-in.

Pre-Conference: Thursday, July 16 from 9 AM to 12 PM. Please select this option under the "Event Sessions" if you plan to attend. Remember to also include the additional dining plan. To see the full schedule click this link: 2020 Assembly Schedule

On-Campus Housing Accommodations

Location: Marian Hall at St. Mary's University

Floor-Plan: The rooms in Marian Hall are suite style. The bathroom is shared with the room next door. Rooms consist of two twin beds, two desks, closet space, and a shared bathroom.

Roommates: There will be a space in the registration below to list a preferred roommate. If you have preferences, please indicate the names of up to 3 people. If no preferences are chosen, any empty spaces in the 4-person suite may be assigned as space is needed.

Linens/Towels: Linens and hand towels will be provided. However, you may wish to bring your own bath towel.

Accessibility/Floor Preference: Please pay special attention to the floor preference question. Marian Hall does not have an elevator so please indicate on the registration question your need for a 1st floor room.

Costs: $40/night

Pre-Conference and Assembly (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Night) - $160

Assembly Conference (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Night) - $120

Additional Night (Sunday Night) - $40

Dining Plan

Meals are available at the Diamondback Cafe at St. Mary's University during the 2020 Assembly. Select any of the options you would need below for your Assembly dining plan on the registration form.

Plans:

Assembly Dining Plan: $65 - This dining plan includes all meals from Thursday dinner until Sunday lunch (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

Assembly and Pre-Conference Dining Plan: $80 - If you attend the pre-conference on Thursday, January 16th, please select this additional meal option to receive breakfast and lunch on Thursday. You will also receive all meals from Thursday dinner until Sunday lunch (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

If you do not select either of these plans, you will be responsible for finding your own meals during the Assembly. There are minimal options within walking distance.

Scholarships and Donations

On the third page of the Assembly Registration, there is an opportunity for registrants to make a donation towards scholarship funds for those who want to come to the Assembly but need a little help getting there. All money donated here will be given to scholarship funds. Thank you for considering making a donation to scholarships, if you are able!

If you believe you are in need of a scholarship, partial scholarships are available. Please calculate your total cost to attend the Assembly from the information above. Once you know your total cost, please email scholarship@mlc-na.org and request the scholarship amount in which you need. Someone from the MLC-NA Assembly Team will get back to you via email to handle the request.
